Be a good leader with our Leadership & Management programme

02-May-2011 CREC has developed a menu of 10 training days aimed at all Early Years practitioners. The programme is available as a package (5 days + tutor support and 60 credits Post Graduate accreditation) or as individual days.

The next day that you can book is based around 'UNDERSTANDING EQUALITY, DIVERSITY & INCLUSIVE PRACTICE'. After completing this training day, you will have a better understanding of:

The role and responsabilities of the leader with regards to equality, diversity & rights

The language and terminology as well as the policies of equality, diversity & rights

The legal issues through a range of case studies
