CREC Christmas Jumper Day 2017 for Save the Children

We will once again be taking part in Save the Children's Christmas Jumper Day this December!

On Thursday 14th December everyone in the CREC office (including our trainee teachers on the SCITT programme and members of the Learning Circle) will be donning their favourite festive knitwear in aide of Save the Children.

Will you join us and get silly for a serious cause?!

All you have to do is pop on your favourite Christmas jumper, sweatshirt, t-shirt, hat, whatever it may be, and head down to CREC at the St Thomas Children's Centre on Thursday 14th December with £2 and show us your silly side!

Take a selfie and share it on twitter with #TEAMCREC #ChristmasJumperDay and tag us (@_CREC) and we'll RT!

If you're on Facebook, post your picture to our CJD event page and we'll add it to our #TEAMCREC Christmas Jumper Day 2017 Album.

We're having a cake sale from 11 AM (including gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan options) and there'll be prizes for the best jumpers AND the best selfies posted to our SM pages, as well as a raffle to win a Save the Children Festive Bundle (raffle tickets = 25p each or 5 for £1).

If you can't make it on the day but still want to get involved, you can text TEAMCREC to 70050 to donate £5 to Save the Children.

Every year, Save the Children's Christmas Jumper Day raises money to save children's lives around the globe, as well as providing vital funds to help feed, educate and support some of the world's most vulnerable children, including some eight million child refugees.

So, will you join us in wearing a festive woolly on the 14th December and donate £2 to Save the Children to help kids all around the world?!
