CREC is looking to recruit a Communications & Events Officer. The role is full-time and permanent. Some of the duties include:  

 

Responsibility for organisation of CREC conferences and training events throughout the year including the annual EECERA and BECERA conferences which will include:

Supporting delegates with enquiries regarding registering, proposal submission and navigating the website, before during and after the event;

Administrative support for the Scientific Committee Conference Book, Abstract Book & Delegate List production;

Contact & liaison with exhibitors Forwarding queries to the right department /​ problem solving Ensuring effective communication between all parties;

Development, implementation and review of Marketing & Communications Strategies for CREC, BECERA and EECERA;    

Content management of CREC websites;

Social Media Management (Twitter, Facebook, blog) – posting & engagement;

Maintenance of CRM databases;

Administrative Support to Directors/​Board of Trustees

CREC is a well respected Early Years research centre and the organisation incorporates a research charity, a training company, a European research network and a UK research organisation and the Communications & Events Officer will have an opportunity to work across and support each of these sections.​
