Upcoming Teacher Training events

We have several open days, drop-in sessions and events coming up in Birmingham and Warwickshire to give all those interested in teacher training the opportunity to meet and chat to us about the course.
 
Face-to-face meetings at the centre offer a great opportunity to get all your questions about teaching and teacher training answered and you will be able to:
 - meet representatives and teachers from our Partnership, find out more about the course, our entry requirements and selection criteria
 - receive advice on submitting a successful UCAS application
 - talk to practising teachers and/or current students, including those who have changed career to teach, about what career as a teacher/ teacher in training is really like
 - find out about bursaries, scholarships and funding available for teacher training

SCITT DROP-IN SESSION including a tour of the Nursery School; Monday 27th January 2020
 The drop-in session will be run at Kenilworth Nursery School, Bertie Rd, Kenilworth, Warwickshire, CV8 1JP.

 

 
SCITT DROP-IN SESSION including a tour of the Bedworth Heath Nursery School; Wednesday 26th February 2020 
 
The drop-in session will be run at Bedworth Heath Nursery School, Glebe Ave, Bedworth, Warwickshire, CV12 0DP.
 
SCITT OPEN DAY including a tour of St Thomas Nursery School to give you a clear idea of the life of an EY teacher; Thursday 12th March, 1:30 – 3:30 pm

 


The Open Day will be run at CREC in Birmingham (3rd floor, St. Thomas Children's Centre, B15 2AF).
We have some free parking adjacent to the centre, available on a first come first served basis, alternatively you will find good train and bus links locally. See our contact page for a map.
 
Places on these days are limited so if you would like to join us then please book your place!
