Free SCITT event - July 2019

If you are thinking about kick-starting an exciting new career in teaching then we have just the event for you!

On Thursday 11th July 2019, we'll be hosting a FREE taster event at our teaching base in central Birmingham to offer all those interested in training to teach early years/primary the opportunity to have all their teacher training questions answered by our knowledgeable SCITT staff and past students.

The Taster Event will run from 12:30 PM until 2:30 PM on Thursday 11th July 2019 at our base at the St Thomas Children's Centre, B15 2AF.

There will be a buffet lunch whilst we answer questions and talk through the programme at CREC on the 3rd floor. Then from 1:30 PM, we have arranged a tour of St Thomas Nursery School on the ground floor of the building to give you a clear idea of the life of an early years teacher. There will also be the opportunity to talk to past students about their experiences on the course.

We have some free parking adjacent to the centre, available on a first come first served basis, alternatively you will find good train and bus links locally. See our contact page for a map.

Places on this event will be limited so if you would like to join us then please let us know by emailing h.lyndon@crec.co.uk; it will be lovely to welcome you to CREC!

Full details of our SCITT course can be found at
www.earlyyearsteachertraining.co.uk including information about finance, course entry requirements, and the application process for 2020/21.
