Train to Teach Early Years in Birmingham - Information Webinar

Our Early Years (3-7 yrs) Specialist Route into teaching is delivered locally in close collaboration with Titan Partnership. It offers a one year full-time school-based pathway to becoming a primary teacher with an early years or early primary specialism and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Our programme focuses on developing a deep understanding of the role of a professional teacher, preparing trainees for a career in the Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1 (3-7 years). This is a school-centred training that will immerse trainee teachers in the role, working with pupils and staff in a nursery or a primary school.

During this lunchtime webinar, we’ll cover:

  • Why choose a career in early years teaching?

  • Why train with us?

  • Entry requirements

  • Programme structure and content

  • What life is like as a trainee teacher

  • The application and interview process

  • Training fees and finance options

  • Next steps and available support
