Interesting themes at the BECERA conference

The 2nd BECERA Conference is only a month away and the team is working hard to put together a programme that delegates will enjoy. Following last years success, BECERA prides itself in giving a space to all practitioners to discuss current early years issues and research.

The upcoming event will touch issues of Gender and the Early Years Workforce, Creative Development, Pedagogical Documentation and Display,   CPD - new approaches and understandings and so many other interesting sector issues.

In addition to this, BECERA will also support the delivery of two workshops: One on Leadership by NFER Caroline Sharp and another one on Nutrition in the Early Years by Julie Macklin from HM Partnerships, who conducted a research project in nurseries in Liverpool.

The keynotes, Professors Chris Pascal, Tony Bertram, Julia Formosinho & Joao Formosinho will also run a surgery to help delates with their research questions!

In addition to the conference programme, we are organising a conference dinner at the live music venue The Jam House on 15th February,  priced at £30 (2 course meal, a drink, coffee & a treat & transport to the restaurant).

We are very excited about BECERA and we hope you are too! Join us! Spaces are limited.
