Voice of Early Childhood Conference

This inaugural event by the Voice of Early Childhood aims to bring together sector leaders, managers, practitioners, academics, childminders and students interested in children's development and embedding research and theory into practice. Featuring contributions from Dr Shaddai Tembo, Jan Dubiel, Aaron Bradbury and our own Professors Chris Pascal and Tony Bertram amongst others, the conference will cover the following themes:

  • Pursuing active change in the sector

  • Supporting children’s schematic play in the setting and at home

  • What impact does the diverse workforce have on children’s development?

  • Supporting children and their families from before birth to beyond school

  • How do we tap into every child’s magic?

  • Strengthening connections with families: The potential of co-production
