


Workshop on Assessment in the Reception Year: Navigating the Baseline and beyond (Free event)
This workshop is being funded by the University of Wolverhampton and will be hosted by CREC on Monday 30th June from 4:30-6:00pm. It is part of a wider project led by David Meechan (University of Northampton), Professor Zeta Williams-Brown (University of Wolverhampton), Dr Tracy Whatmore (University of Birmingham) and Simon Halfhead (University of Wolverhampton) who have been exploring the impact of the Reception Baseline Assessment.
The workshop will begin with a mini keynote from Professor Chris Pascal and Professor Tony Bertram, before the project team introduces their work and facilitates a workshop allowing teachers to share and compare practice around assessment in the Reception Year.
